  • DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

    We do not offer returns. Due to each keychain being individually customized, we cannot offer refunds at this time. We require order approval on all orders to limit misspells and mistakes on keychains. 

    WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME?

    All orders will be sent for approval after ordering. You will be given 24 hours to respond for approval, if you do not respond, our in house designer will make their best judgement and push the design through. Once approved, it will be fulfilled. All orders ship within 72 hours, unless continuous changes are requested, then it will ship as soon as your design is finalized.

    Please, email kadence@gamedaykeychains.com with your order number and shipping information along with your deadline. Customer is responsible for any expedited shipping costs.

    I WANT TO ORDER FOR MY TEAM/KIDS TEAM, HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

    Average team orders of 10-20 players are processed and shipped within two business days of ordering. If you have a larger roster or need multiple keychains of each and have questions, please email help@gamedaykeychains.com

    CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM DESIGN/JERSEY?

    All of our jerseys/designs are custom made. Think of any uniform, shirt, outfit, team, we can make it. There is no sport that we cannot do. If you don’t see your sport/design option on the order form, please select “other” and make sure you leave plenty of information on your order form. 

    WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?

    All of our orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Depending on your location, average shipping time is 2-5 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please note that in your order and you will receive an email to pay the additional shipping invoice.

    DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING?

    We do! Bulk pricing is for 100+ keychains. We do also offer a smaller discount on orders over 25. 

    WHAT IS THE COST?

    We have two different pricing options: Licensed and Non-Licensed. If you are purchasing a licensed keychain it is $12/mini and $16/large. If you are ordering a custom keychain that is from your child's school/rec team/little league team that does not infringe on IP - it is $10/mini and $14/large.
